PRIVACY POLICY
The controller of personal data is Piotr Kuźnicki Kancelaria Adwokacka CLG, with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Ogrodowa 31 / lok. 54, 00-893 Warsaw, NIP 6692423687 (hereinafter “DPO”).
1. Legal basis for processing personal data
1.1 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.
1.2 In connection with the processing of personal data by the DPO, the user has the following rights:
1.2.1. the right to request access to their personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing,
1.2.2. the right to object to processing,
1.2.3. the right to transfer data,
1.2.4. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the user has given such consent,
1.2.5. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data by the DPO.
1.3 The above rights may be exercised by the user in accordance with the principles described in Articles 16 – 21 of the GDPR by contacting the DPO at the following address: contact@clg-kuznicki.com.
1.4 The provision of personal data by the user is always voluntary, but necessary to use the functions of the Site.
1.5 DPO guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided and ensures that all security measures and personal data protection measures required by the provisions on the protection of personal data are taken. Personal data are collected with due diligence and appropriately protected against access by unauthorized persons. Personal data are processed only within the territory of the European Union.
1.6 DPO does not transfer or trade the user’s personal data. The user’s personal data is not transferred to other persons or institutions without the user’s consent. The personal data processed by DPO may be made available to authorized state authorities at their request only based on appropriate legal provisions.
1.7 DPO entrust the processing of personal data to entities:
1.7.1. LH.pl sp. z o. o. – for the purpose of storing data for components and for use in the mailing system.
2. Use of the Website
2.1 To use the site’s functions, such as the contact form, the user must provide personal data, such as name and surname, e-mail address, and company name.
2.2 The legal basis for processing the user’s personal data contained in the registration form is the consent expressed by the user.
2.3 The data provided in the contact form and the form will be saved in the DPO database.
3. E-mail contact
3.1 When contacting DPO via e-mail, the user provides their e-mail address as the sender’s address. In addition, the content of the message may also include other personal data. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in such a case is the consent resulting from initiating contact with DPO. The user’s personal data provided to DPO as part of e-mail contact are processed solely for the purpose of handling the inquiry. The content of correspondence may be subject to archiving.
4 Cookies and marketing
4.1 Cookies can be divided into own and third-party cookies. When it comes to own cookies, DPO uses them for the proper operation of the Website.
4.2 DPO uses cookies to track the statistics of the Website, such as the number of visitors, the type of operating system and web browser used to browse the Website, time spent on the Website, visited subpages, etc. DPO uses Google Analytics for this purpose. The information collected in this regard is completely anonymous and does not allow for the identification of the user. For this purpose, Google LLC cookies are used for the Google Analytics service. Using Google Analytics services involves implementing the tracking code provided by Google in the code of the Website. This code is based on cookies, but may also use other tracking technologies.
4.3 DPO uses Facebook marketing tools to direct advertisements to the user on this website. For this purpose, the Pixel tool provided by Facebook has been implemented in the code of the Website, which remembers the user’s visits. Facebook cookies are used for this purpose.
5. Server logs
5.1 Using the Site involves sending queries to the server on which the Site is stored. Each query sent to the server is saved in the server logs.
5.2 Logs include, among others, IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system used by the user. Logs are saved and stored on the server.
5.3 Data stored in server logs are not associated with specific people using the service and are not used by DPO to identify the user.
5.4 Server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the application and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than those authorized to administer the server.
